I-229, Andrew/Buchanan Counties: Environmental Impact Statement

The right-of—way has been acquired from Route I-29 south to the Andrew-
Buchanan Couty line. However, additional right-of-way is to be acquired between
the same limits in order to widen the proposed median width from 40' to 60'.
