Wolter Lemstra 8.1 INTRODUCTION Delft TopTech, the School of Executive Education of the Delft University of Technology, has successfully provided a sector specific MBA programme to the ICT industry for well over a decade. This programme started as a mono- disciplinary programme, focused on strengthening the engineering knowledge and skills of engineers, and is evolving into an interdisciplinary programme that intends to deepen and broaden the insights of ICT executives.
